- Install IPTV Smarters Pro or IPTV Smarters Lite from Google Play, or sideload the APK from https://www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk if needed.
- Open the app and accept the terms of use.
- Select Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter Any name, Username, Password, and Server URL from your LeetIPTV credentials.
- Tap Add User and wait for Live TV, Movies, and Series to appear.
- Alternatively, choose Load Your Playlist or File → M3U URL and paste your full M3U link.
On Android TV boxes, TiviMate from Google Play is an excellent choice if you prefer a TV-optimized interface with fast channel switching.
